Yeasty and lightly nutty, also delicately vegetal, rather quiet pome fruit scent with mineral nuances. Clear, quite polished, tart, bright, fine-juicy fruit, some grip and fine, relatively lively acidity, good persistence, fresh vegetal nuances, rather cool style, certain depth, chalky-salty minerality, very good, quite tight finish.
