Fairly firm, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of white berries. Polished, juicy fruit with a hint of meadow herbs and dark berries, fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, chalky minerality, hints of mussel shells and seaweed, very good finish.
