Somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and a hint of nuttiness with relatively cool pome fruit-yellow fruit notes and floral traces. Clear, polished, fine-juicy fruit with some melting, very fine acidity and delicate grip, again nutty flavours on the palate, persistent, good substance, a touch of butter and caramel in the background, fine chalky-salty tones, medium power, very good finish again with some melting but also polish.
