Cool, emphatically herbal nose with restrained, bright yellow-fruity aromas that become clearer with air, some pak choi, floral, delicately smoky-reductive and hints of peppery notes and some minerality. Cool, bright, slender fruit, quite present acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, very mineral, a little blueberry in the background, elegant style, very good, very slightly sweet finish, again with pak choi.

Best to drink: 2024-2028+. What our ratings mean
