Rather cooler, quite firm, a hint of yeasty aroma with herbal notes and fine citrus and stone fruit nuances. Ripe, juicy, yet dry fruit with grip and fine, quite lively acidity, herbal and still delicately nutty-yeasty aromas, also celeriac, persistent on the palate, a bit of yellow spice, in the background stony-mineral tones, a little ethereal spice, very good, juicy, spicy, and again grippy finish with certain emphasis and a touch of fennel.
