Cool and austere, fine herbal nose with bright yellow fruity nuances, a bit of citrus peel, cress, and fresh celery with mineral notes. Dense, juicy fruit with almond-nutty aromas, a touch of yellow spice, and fine vegetable tones that shift between spring onions, leeks, radishes, and celery, fine acidity, a bit of grip, also a certain creaminess, almond-nutty hints as well as a touch of butter and wax, intense minerality, good depth, very good, again quite dense finish that lingers long.
