2021 Homburg Kallmuth Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken "Asphodill", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat planty to herbaceous and a hint of nuttiness with bright, cool stone fruit aromas. Restrained, again bright, tart, cool fruit, yeasty, herbal and delicately nutty tones, lively, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, chalky, chalky minerality in the background, elegant and uncompromisingly dry style, lots of substance for its lightness, has a certain noblesse, certain depth, very good, cool, delicate finish with fine vegetal aromas and plenty of minerality.
