Cool, finely vegetal and a touch white-peppery, also a little smoky-reductive nose with restrained, bright yellow-fruity aromas, chanterelles, floral nuances and some minerality. Ripe, somewhat melting, very slightly warm fruit, nutty and fine vegetal aromas, ripe acidity, delicate grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, a touch of carbonic acid, melon tones, hints of dark berries and tobacco, certain minerality, very good finish with noticeable alcohol
