Dried vegetable, somewhat earthier and reminiscent of root vegetables, also slightly tobacco and a trace of burnt fragrance with restrained yellow fruity notes. Slim and dry in the mouth, clearly vegetable and restrained yellow-fruity, suitable acidity, some tannin, again a little bit of root vegetables, some persistence, a little rough finish.
