Cool, yeasty and slightly floral apple-citrus nose with red and black berry notes, mushrooms and a hint of tobacco and pepper. Tart, juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and delicately smoky notes, relatively fine perlage, some tannic grip, good persistence on the palate, delicate buttery notes, fine spiciness, citrus zest in the background, mushroomy and floral nuances, very good finish with fine juice and partly ethereal spiciness.
