Cool, yeasty and fresh vegetal citrus nose with white fruity notes, hints of smoke and a hint of mustard. Bright and cool on the palate too, dry, citrus-accentuated fruit, fresh vegetal notes and yellow spice again reminiscent of mustard, relatively fine mousseux and some grip, certain persistence, buttery traces, a little almonds and peanuts, good to very good, still a hint of tannin on the finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
