Cool, herbaceous nose with fine citrus aromas, some yeast, floral nuances and a hint of smoke. Clear, tart-juicy, quite firm, again cool fruit, quite fine mousseux and grip of yeast and also noticeable tannin, good substance and persistence, smoky traces, hints of dark berries in the background, delicate buttery tones, some minerality and herbal nuances, very good, again relatively firm finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
