Cool, firm, deep nose, partly candied citrus fruit and stone fruit, floral and yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes. Concentrated, sweet and juicy fruit on the palate, creamy texture, very elegant acidity, yeasty and delicate floral notes, hint of red berries, touch of sugar candy and a hint of honey, prominent mineral notes, deep and complex, still very young, some grip, long, concentrated, creamy, very sweet finish. Needs time to mature.
