2016 Riesling trocken Alte Hase, Rheingau, Germany

yellow fruit on the nose, some yellow spice, vegetal and mineral notes, delicate nutty and yeasty motes. Fairly firm, slightly muted fruit on the palate, still slightly yeasty, herbaceous, earthy and salty mineral notes, elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, sugar candy in the background, hint of vegetable oil, still young, very good, fairly firm, juicy, minerally finish.
