Tart nose, light vegetal notes, herbs and spices, prominent yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, some exotic aromas after extensive aeration, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Quite firm on the palate, light aromas, very restrained fruit, yeasty, nutty, earthy and mineral notes, persistent, firm grip and bite, still totally undeveloped, fairly uncompromising style, some tzobacco, fairly concentrated, grippy, fairly prominent acidity, floral traces, good depth, very good finish.
