Cool, polished nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate floral traces, restrained yellow fruit, some green and black berriesm yeasty and mineral notes in the backgrounjd. Tart, restrained fruit on the palate, good grip, yeasty notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, light smoky traces, elegant, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, some bell peppers and elderflower in the background, still slightly tannic on a good to very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
