Firm, fairly deep nose, herbaceous and mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit, yeasty aromas, hint of tobacco and bacon, light nutty traces. Ripe, partly candied creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, yellow spice, full-bodied and creamy, but also has some bite, still largely undeveloped, prominent green bacon, dried herbs, some depth, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of black berries, good grip on a very good finish.
