Translate to English Vegetabiler bis leicht krautiger, auch etwas erdiger und angedeutet pfeffriger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und leicht welk-floralen Tönen. Reife, schmelzige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen und wieder leicht krautigen Aromen, etwas gelber Würze sowie salzigen und erdigen mineralischen Noten, passende Säure, leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, viel Alkohol, nicht sehr tief, etwas gedeckt, ordentlicher Abgang. Nicht völlig klar und auch ein wenig anstrengend.
