Etwas gedeckt und deutlich vegetabil im Mund, erdig und herb, kaum Frucht, präsente Säure und ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, leichtes Bitter, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, recht guter, herber, wieder betont vegetabiler Abgang.
