Slightly cloudy straw yellow colour. Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with citrus zest, a hint of ginger and melon. Slender fruit with nutty, yeasty and slightly peppery flavours, fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky minerality, tobacco and hints of apple in the background, very good, grippy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
