Very slightly cloudy straw yellow colour. Firm, somewhat nutty, vegetal to herbaceous and slightly yeasty aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of butter, fennel and dried mushrooms. Clear, fairly firm, bright fruit with slight hints of red berries, noticeable yeasty spice, lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty minerality, smoke and hints of yellow spice in the background, a hint of eucalyptus and pine nuts, still very slightly muted, very good finish with grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
