Youthful, still delicately yeasty pome fruit and citrus scent with fine nutty and floral aromas. Taut, finely juicy fruit, still yeasty, quite nutty and spicy on the palate, fine acidity, noticeable grip, good persistence and substance, some mace and herbs in the background, quite clear minerality, still surprisingly underdeveloped, slightly smoky, very good, spicy and grippy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
