Clear, cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous, nutty and hint of tobacco on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of gooseberries and rhubarb. Polished, juicy, bright fruit with a hint of citrus zest and meadow herbs, lively acidity, has some grip, good persistence, salty minerality, certain alcohol warmth, very good finish with nuances reminiscent of fennel seeds and laurel.
