Firm, relatively cool, slightly smoky, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hint of mushroom on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of green and black berries. Polished, firm, not completely dry fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of laurel and pepper, lively, yet fine acidity, light wood tones in the background, hints of tobacco and fennel, clear minerality, has power, very good finish with herbal spice.
