Very slightly developed, somewhat vegetal, nutty and bacony aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of medicinal herbs and dried mushrooms. Ripe, juicy fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, a hint of butter and hints of lichen, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, salty minerality, very good finish with bite.
