Cool, somewhat light floral, almondy and vegetal to herbaceous nose with citrus and pomaceous fruit notes and a hint of dark berries. Clear, juicy, bright fruit with a hint of lemon butter, asparagus and coriander, lively acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, salty and chalky minerality, some depth, hints of lavender and rhubarb, also has cool elements despite a certain alcohol warmth, very good, juicy finish with bite.

Editor note: Firm, still rather undeveloped, almost cool, yeasty nose with fresh planty and white as well as yellow fruity notes, floral traces and light mineral hints. Bright, juicy fruit with nutty and yeasty and clearly planty to herbal aromas, quite fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, yeasty nuances, some blackcurrant in the background, again also quite clear minerality, certain warmth, a hint of smoke, very good, somewhat warm finish with grip.
