2020 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Höchleit'n Morillon trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of root vegetables and broccoli. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip and persistence, lardo and artichokes in the background, hints of dark berries and tea, chalky tones, very good finish with slightly nutty wood notes.
