2020 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Höchleit'n Sauvignon Blanc Reserve trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, slightly herbaceous nose, hint of dill, nutty and light floral notes, pomaceous fruit and a hint of white and green berries, green asparagus becoming increasingly evident with aeration, fine vegetal and charcoal notes. Clear, juicy fruit with slightly light woody flavours, delicately creamy, lively, yet fine acidity, delicate tannic grip, salty and almost stony minerality, certain alcohol warmth, fine bitter tones, very good finish with a hint of fresh butter.
