Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal, delicately floral and slightly nutty pome fruit scent with a hint of white berries as well as nuances reminiscent of bacon and fennel. Bright, juicy, slightly sweet citrus fruit with a hint of lavender, lively acidity, some persistence, salty and chalky tones, good finish.
