Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler, an Wurzelgemüse, Paprika und grünen Spargel erinnernder Duft mit etwas Holunderblüte, verhaltenen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen sowie gewisser Mineralik und hefigen Spuren. Süßliche und schmelzige Frucht im Mund, recht deutlich hefige Aromen, dazu vegetabile Töne und ein wenig blanchierte Nüsse, sehr feine Säure, leichte Alkoholwärme am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, florale und an Olivenöl erinnernde Töne, eine Spur Gerbstoff, ganz leicht antrocknend, noch jung, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
