Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, hint of caramel, partly dried yellow fruit, dried floral aromas, touch of yellow spicewaxy traces, very light lactic and volatile notes. Very sweet, candied and dried fruit on the palate, yellow spice, honey and floral traces, hint of caramel, more light lactic and volatile notes, very elegant acidity, light grip, not particularly deep, some nut butter on a very good sugary finish.
