Translate to English Leicht nussiger und pflanzlicher Duft mit zurückhaltenden Aromen von teils kandierten und angetrockneten gelben Früchten floralen Spuren und einem Hauch Rettich. Eher schlanke, süße, saftige Frucht mit gewissem Schliff, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, deutliche Kandisnoten am Gaumen, auch pflanzliche Noten und Rettich-artige Frosttöne, gute Nachhaltigkeit, nicht ewig tief, hefige Spuren, ganz leicht gedeckt, sehr guter Abgang. Scheint sich derzeit in wenig zu verstecken.

Editor note: Translate to English Klarer Duft nach teils kandiertem Stein- und Kernobst mit Zitrusaromen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen Anklängen und zarten Frosttönen. Süße Frucht mit leicht tabakiger Würze im Mund, präsente, feine Säure, Kandis und ein wenig Karamell, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Biss und Griff, getrocknet-pflanzliche Aromen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, ganz leicht brotige Töne, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. Hat über das Jahr zugelegt.

Editor note: Initially a hint of bread and delicate nutty notes, becomes more clear with aeration, candied yellow apple, preserved pineapple and some herbaceous notes, prominent notes of frost. Fairly lively and has some acid bite on the palate, light-bodied, sweet apple fruit, some pineapple and citrus, fairly prominent polished acidity, not particularly deep, very clean and refreshing, very good finish.
