Very clear nose, apple and citrus aromas, some quince and prominent vegetal notes. Straightforward, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, slightly sweetish and creamy, very elegant acidity, vegetal notes, delicate earthy and mineral notes, fairly persistent, quite full-bodied with regard to the low alcohol, creamy with tart vegetal and mineral notes on a very good finish. In excellent shape.

Editor note: Firm nose, green berries, ripe citrus fruit, fresh vegetal notes, some quince and elderberry flowers. Fairly prominent fruit on the palate, tart, spicy vegetal notes, slightly sweetish and creamy, fairly prominent elegant acidity, light tannic touch, mineral traces, fairly persistent, appears more full-bodied than it is, quite a good finish.
