Translate to English Deutlich gemüsige, an Artischocken erinnernde Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und erdiger Mineralik. Ein wenig süß-sauer im Mund, wieder vegetabil, erdig und mineralisch, feine Säure, leichter Gerbstoff am Gaumen, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, nicht ganz passende Süße, ordentlicher Abgang.

Editor note: Tranquil nose, yellow fruit, prominent vegetal notes, mushrooms, light touch of hay. Sweetish, rounded apple fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, more hay and some mineral notes, fairly prominent, polished, slightly lemony acidity, sweetness not yet fully integrated, shows its origins, has some substance, attractive finish.
