Slightly burnt nose, roasted nuts and bread crusts, spicy with dried, caramelised, candied yellow fruit. Slightly creamy, sweet, polished fruit on the palate, aranzini, candied lemon zest, candied Mediterranean fruit and caramelised apple, crisp, nutty, roasted oak, bread notes and botrytis, piquant bitter note, has some substance, good backbone, integrated, adequate acidity to provide balance, still slightly rough and closed, needs time to develop, sweetish but also slightly bitter on a very good long finish.
