2007 Leithaberg Pinot Noir trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Elegantly spicy red berries on the nose, delicate milky notes and some undergrowth. More delicate spice on the palate, polished red berry fruit, hint of amarena cherries, light mushroomy notes, cool mineral notes, integrated, slightly astringent tannins, has backbone and substance, more elegant than overpowering, almost imperceptible oak, quite lively and firm, not particularly deep, slightly piquant bitter note on a good finish.
