Relatively cool, slightly peppery, somewhat nutty and vegetal aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of galia melon. Clear, juicy, not completely dry fruit with a delicate melt, suitable acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, citrus zest and wild herbs in the background, salty tones, good finish.
