Relatively cool, firm, somewhat tart-vegetable, nutty and slightly peppery aroma of yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of medicinal herbs and fine root vegetables. Polished, juicy, firm fruit with somewhat spicy woody notes, a hint of fennel and nutmeg, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, good persistence, chalky minerality, also some smoked salt, hints of mustard pickles and dill, very good finish with cool vegetal flavours.
