Light, cloudy amber colour. Relatively cool, firm, clearly floral, somewhat nutty and yellow-spicy pome and stone fruit aroma with a hint of medicinal herbs and rhubarb. Polished, tart, juicy fruit with slightly roasted and spicy wood flavours, fine acidity, noticeable tannin grip, good persistence, salty minerality, also mussel shells and a hint of flintstone, very good, grippy finish.
