Very slightly cloudy, light gold. Yeasty, nutty and vegetal aroma with stone and pome fruit aromas, a little yellow spice and a hint of brown butter. Ripe, tart, yet quite juicy fruit, nutty, yeasty and slightly vegetal aromas, a hint of mushrooms on the palate, moderate acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, again a little brown butter and hints of yellow spice, good to very good finish with a hint of mustard and herbs.
