Astringent, nutty, yeasty and distinctly vegetable scent with bacon and earthy-mineral notes, very delicately woody notes and restrained yellow-fruity notes. Firm, tart, ripe fruit, lively, fine acidity and lots of grip, yeasty, planty and intensely mineral notes, very slightly light floral, has power but also cooling elements, certain depth, very good, tight, tart, herbal-juicy, plant-spicy, nutty and very mineral finish
