Slightly cloudy, light golden yellow in colour. Clearly vegetal nose reminiscent of peas, green asparagus and root vegetables with yeasty and nutty tones, pome fruit, floral nuances and a little butter. Slender, very dry fruit, nutty, vegetal and buttery tones, a hint of smoke, peas again on the palate, fine acidity and a lot of grip from crumbly tannins, tobacco and ashy nuances, good persistence, chalky, stony and salty tones in the background, has a certain tension, very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
