Translate to English Noch etwas gedeckter, herber, fester, hefiger und leicht vegetabiler, eher herber Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, wieder noch kaum entwickelte, süßliche Frucht im Mund, feine vegetabile, recht deutlich an Olivenöl erinnernde Noten, lebendige, geschliffene Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, fast ein wenig ins Kreidige gehende Mineralik, nachhaltig und recht dicht am Gaumen, zarte Kandistöne, Kräuternuancen, gewisse Tiefe, schwarzbeerige Spuren im Hintergrund, sehr guter Abgang.
