2020 Rüdesheim Berg Schlossberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Smoky to bacony, dried herbal and a little reminiscent of yeast extract nose with tart yellow fruity, nutty and mineral notes. Ripe, somewhat warm, sweetish, partly candied fruit, fine sandy tannin, yellow spice, a hint of carbonic acid, good persistence, light nutty tones, certain power, clear minerality, still very slightly charcoal-like hints, a hint of drying, very good, again also warm finish with buttery and rooty notes and with air also more juice.
