Firm and deep, somewhat fleshy-animalic, peppery and nutty aroma of predominantly black berries with a hint of dried herbs. Ripe, finely juicy, firm fruit with a hint of citrus zest, dried mushrooms and mint, present, fine sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, salty and chalky minerality, certain depth, nutty wood tones in the background, hints of juniper, coffee and leather, has life, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish with grip.
