2015 Carnuntum Blaufränkisch trocken Liebkind, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm, multilayered and deep aroma of black and a little red berries with cherry aromas, dried floral and tobacco hints, lots of pomegranate, rhubarb, some pepper and clear minerality. Ripe, tightly knit, very juicy fruit with youthful, yet polished tannin, spicy woody hints and dried floral and herbal aromas, persistent and dense on the palate, good substance and depth, multilayered, still young, a little peppery in the background again very mineral, very slightly sweet melting, very good to long, fresh-juicy finish with train and fine spice and a lot of life.
