2006 trocken Fass 2, Burgenland, Austria

Fairly cool nose, ripe mixed berries and cherries, light vegetal notes, mineral notes, elegant tart dried herbs, light spicy oak. Clear and elegantly juicy on the palate, light herbs and spices, light spicy oak, medium-fine, slightly sandy tannins, elegant acid bite, earthy and vegetal notes, good persistence, not particularly deep, but well balanced, still youthful, good finish.
