Nutty and somewhat dried-vegetable pome fruit aroma with floral notes, a little apple skin and a hint of red berries and mushrooms. Ripe, quite juicy, clearly pomaceous fruit, nutty and hints of dried vegetal to tobacco notes, restrained barrel tones on the palate, a hint of dark berries in the background, very fine acidity, lots of alcohol, but also a certain phenolic grip that holds the wine together, mineral notes, very good, juicy and tart-spicy finish with noticeable but integrated alcohol.
