Somewhat nutty and vegetal to herbal aromas of pomaceous and stone fruit with a hint of root vegetables and sunflower seeds. Youthful, tart and juicy, rather bright fruit with slightly smoky and again nutty aromas, lively acidity, a hint of redcurrants and redcurrant leaves, has some grip and a certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good to very good, slightly minty and a hint of peppery finish.
