Relatively cool, still youthful, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and hints of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of hazelnut and dark berries. Polished, still youthful citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of mussel shells and seaweed, lively yet fine acidity, delicate grip, a certain persistence, barrel wood in the background, salty minerality, a hint of broccoli on a very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
